Exposure and Response Prevention

ERP is the gold standard for treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I am currently getting certified to treat OCD through the CBI Center for Education.

I have two sliding scale spots for $50-$200/session.

In person or virtual.

Treatment

ERP is a treatment program that clients participate in one to two times a week for 17-20 sessions.

Sessions are 90 minutes long.

Together, we will build knowledge of OCD, assess your specific symptoms, and develop a custom treatment plan for facing your fears and obsessions.

Then, session by session, we will put it into action!
